• Your checklist progress — which steps and sub-tasks you've marked complete
• Information you submit through the intake questionnaire or a directory-listing application, if you use those features

How We Use It

• To authenticate you and keep your checklist progress saved between visits
• To review and, if approved, publish directory listings
• To operate and improve the guided checklist and directory features

Who We Share It With

We use a small number of service providers to run this app, each of whom processes data only on our behalf:

• Supabase — hosts our database and handles authentication
• Sanity — hosts checklist and directory content
• Stripe — processes payment if you purchase a Featured directory listing
• StackCommerce — tracks clicks on one specific affiliate partner link

We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone else for their own marketing purposes.

Data Retention

We keep your account and checklist progress for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your data deleted, contact us below and we'll remove it, except where we're required to keep records (e.g. payment records for a Featured listing purchase).

Cookies

We use cookies only to keep you signed in between visits. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Your Rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us below.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
