Before adding anything more specialized, most new businesses need three things in place: a professional email address (not a personal Gmail), a way to schedule meetings or bookings if you meet with clients, and a shared way for any early team members to communicate. Resist the urge to buy a large suite of tools before you know which ones you’ll actually use daily — start with the essentials and add specialized software only once a specific, recurring need shows up.
